We’ve been at 8 Raja Gurudas Street for a while now. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier for people to stop by or when we have to move heavy equipment around. It’s a busy spot in the city, but we’re used to the noise and the people. Most days involve looking at technical drawings or trying to figure out how to fix a part that isn't working quite right. We started out small, just a couple of us doing basic engineering work, and it’s basically stayed that way over the years. You can usually find someone here from early morning till late in the evening. The space isn't fancy at all, just tools and workbenches and some old metal desks. We handle the technical side of things without making a big deal out of it or using big words. People in the neighborhood know us as the place where things get made or repaired. Sometimes the street gets really crowded with traffic, so loading stuff out front takes a bit of good timing. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary. It’s more of a workshop where we actually do the physical labor ourselves. If the lights are on, someone is probably busy with a project. It feels like home to us after all these years. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes through the door. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. Nothing too complicated about how we run things.
