Keenedged Realtors Llp is located at 28 Chittranjan Avenue in Kolkata. People around here usually just call it CR Avenue. It’s a very central spot, so we are right in the middle of all the action. The building is an older one, like most of the structures in this part of India. Our office is a bit crowded with desks and stacks of documents related to the real estate market. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to buyers and sellers and trying to keep everything moving. It can get pretty loud with the traffic outside, so we sometimes have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner for making tea when we need a break. Most of our work is just about being consistent and showing up every day to answer questions. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We just describe the properties as they are. The office floor is a bit worn out from all the people coming in and out, but we don't mind. It feels like a place where real work happens. Being on Chittranjan Avenue means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run out for a meeting or to check on a site. It’s a basic, functional office for our realtor team. We just keep at it and handle the daily grind.
