Kedarnath Promoter and Builder Private Limited is tucked away in Village Bhandaria. You can find us through Niranjan Prasad’s place over there. It’s a rural setting, so things move at a bit of a different pace than they do in the city. Our work is mostly focused on the local area around Bhandaria, and our office is as simple as it gets. We have a few benches for visitors and a sturdy table where we keep all the land records and building permits. Promoting and building in a village means you know almost everyone who walks through the door. We don't have a website or any of those modern marketing tools. Usually, people just hear about us from their cousins or neighbors. We spend our mornings checking on the labor at the different sites and our afternoons back at the village office filing papers or meeting with folks who want to start a new project. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit outside and talk instead. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a decent job on the houses we are currently working on. The air is clear out here, and we like the quiet routine of the village life and the steady work we have. It is just the way we like to run things.
