We don't bother with fancy decorations or corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. The traffic on Rabindra Sarani can be a nightmare, but it’s part of the charm of working in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time coordinating different teams and making sure the sites have enough materials to keep the workers busy. It’s a lot of small details that need to be watched all the time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and we have to juggle three things at once. We are just a local firm trying to do a decent job on every project we take on.
