Kartar Singh

We operate out of Suite No. 8F on the eighth floor of Everest House. The building is at 46C, J. I. Nehru Road. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character. Working under the name Kartar Singh, we’ve been in this office for a good number of years. The view from the window is mostly other rooftops and the busy street below. It’s a typical city office setup. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see us at our desks working. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a small team handling our daily business. J. I. Nehru Road is always full of traffic and people, which gives the place some energy. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the files in front of us. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when the phones start going. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Being in Everest House feels right for us. It’s a practical location that serves its purpose well. We’ve been here so long that we even know which elevator is the fastest and which tea stall downstairs has the best brew for the afternoon slump. Sometimes the wind rattles the windows on the eighth floor, but we just ignore it.
