Kanhaiya Realcon LLP is located at 14B Hemchandra Street in the Paddapukur area of Khiddirpore. We are a small LLP and we focus on various real estate and construction projects around this part of Kolkata. The neighborhood is quite traditional, and we like being tucked away in Hemchandra Street rather than being on a big main road. It gives us a bit of peace to get our work done. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and checking on different sites we have going on. We don't have a big corporate structure; it is just a few of us making the decisions and making sure everything is handled properly. Real estate in Khiddirpore can be tricky because of the old buildings and narrow streets, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on projects that make sense and try to finish them within a reasonable time. Sometimes things get delayed or we run into unexpected issues with the land, but that is just how construction goes. We prefer to keep our talk simple and our work honest. People in the area know us, and we rely a lot on those local connections to keep the business going. Our office is a simple space where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the day's plan. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the way we do things here.
