Our office is located inside the building at 18 Rabindra Sarani, specifically at Gate No 4. If you come inside and head up to the sixth floor, you will find us in Room No 601. This part of the city is always moving, right here in the heart of Kolkata with the zip code 700001. Kanakmay Residency Llp is the name we go by. A lot of our time is spent here dealing with different residency matters and looking at how people find a place to stay. Rabindra Sarani stays full of noise and people selling things, which makes coming to work interesting every single day. We are not some big corporate firm with shiny glass walls everywhere; it is just a normal room in an older part of town. The door at Gate No 4 can be a bit tricky to spot if you are not looking for it. Once you are upstairs, the hallway gets a bit quieter than the street level outside. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about property. It feels like a real community around here. Our staff just does the work, talks to the locals, and tries to make sure everything with the residency paperwork is handled right.
