Sometimes the office is empty because we are all out at sites checking on how the walls are going up or if the cement arrived. We prefer it that way. Sitting at a desk all day doesn't get buildings finished. We don't write big reports or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be done and try to get it finished properly. If you come by, you'll probably see us with maps or technical drawings spread out. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby.
