We’ve got a small office there where we handle all the paperwork for the things we move in and out. Being in the export and import business means a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks tracking shipments. The lane itself is narrow, so we don't usually have big trucks coming right to the door; we handle the logistics from a distance. It’s just a few of us working together. There’s always a stack of documents on someone’s desk and a cup of tea nearby. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby for visitors. It’s a functional space where we get the job done. Sometimes things get delayed at the ports, and that makes for a stressful afternoon, but usually, we just keep things ticking along.
