Kalyani Packaging

We are over at 127, N.S. Road, specifically on the 1st floor in Tejori Patty for Kalyani Packaging. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We spend our days surrounded by boxes and packing materials of all kinds. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. The building is older and has those narrow stairs that keep you fit every time you head up or down. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and the neighbors all know us. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a working space where we get the orders packed up and ready to go. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know the ropes. We talk to a lot of different businesses who need their stuff wrapped up safe. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but it feels good seeing a neatly packed pallet leave the floor. The traffic on N.S. Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen, paper, and hard work. It gets loud with the market nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on getting the packaging right for whoever walks in. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy enough in Tejori Patty.
