We have been operating Kalagya Residency Private Limited from our spot at 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road for some time now. Kolkata is always a bit chaotic, and this road is no different. You can hear the yellow taxis honking all day long while we are inside trying to get our work done. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has old desks and chairs that have been with us for years, but they do the job. We mainly deal with residency projects and all the paperwork that comes along with that. It’s a lot of writing, calling people, and checking documents. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We are just a small team of local people who show up every morning, turn on the fans, and start working. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh over tea, but mostly we are focused on the files on our desks. The area around here is full of shops and people, so it never feels lonely. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during breaks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't try to look more important than we are. We just handle the property side of things for people who need it. If you come by, you'll see a normal office with normal people just doing their best to keep things moving forward in the city.
