Kalagya Development Private Limited

Kalagya Development Private Limited is based out of 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets pretty busy. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. Most days start with tea and a quick look at whatever projects are on the table. We handle development work, which means lots of phone calls and checking on sites. Being in 700020, we are close to a lot of things, which helps when we need to run out for a meeting. It is not a fancy setup, just some desks and people trying to get their work done on time. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The building itself has its own character, much like the rest of West Bengal. We have been at this for a while now. We focus on the practical side of development. There is always someone coming in or going out to check a site. We keep things pretty simple here. We do not use big words to describe what we do. It is just development. We like being part of the local scene on Ashutosh Mukherjee Road. It feels like home to us. The routine stays mostly the same, which is fine by us. We just keep our heads down and work.
