Our office for Kaivalya Developers Llp is on the ground floor at 66/1/A Panchanantala Road. It is in Ward 115, near the Haridevpur police station. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the street. We handle a lot of the local development work in the Paschim Putiari area. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on. Inside, we have our desks and a few chairs for visitors. It is not a polished showroom or anything like that. It is just where we do the work. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and the building sites. The commute through Haridevpur can be tough with the narrow roads, but we manage. We have got a stack of blueprints that seems to never get smaller. We talk to a lot of local residents about the new projects coming up. It is important to stay on good terms with the neighbors. We do not use any big words or complicated plans. We just explain what we are doing and when it will be finished. Sometimes there are delays with the weather or getting materials, and we just have to deal with it. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We have been part of this community for a while and we plan to stay here and keep building houses for people.
