K. S. Trading Co.

K. S. Trading Co. is located up on the 5th floor of Punarnava Bhavan, which is at 13, B.B Ganguly Street. You have to take the lift up to Room 505. It’s an old building, and sometimes the lift has a bit of a mood, but it gets you there eventually. We’ve been in this office for quite a while. The walls are a bit faded, and we have stacks of ledgers and files that seem to grow every month. It’s a trading business, so there’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to suppliers and buyers. We don't have fancy furniture or a modern layout. It’s just wooden desks, some old chairs, and a lot of work to get through. The street below is always loud with traffic and people, but up here on the 5th floor, it’s a bit more manageable. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the office looks. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and the deliveries are on time. Our team is small, mostly just people who have worked in trading their whole lives. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the markets. It’s a basic, functional way to run a business. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to do our jobs properly and keep things moving in this part of the city. No frills, just regular daily trading work.
