Our small business, Jugalpura Tea Agro Llp, is located in Vill Paschim Nitbazar. Santosh Jajodia is usually around if you need to talk to someone. We focus on tea and agro work here. It’s not a complicated operation. We have been in this area for a while and know the local land well. The tea business takes up a lot of our time, especially when the leaves are ready for picking. Paschim Nitbazar is a quiet place and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just do the work ourselves. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s mostly about being organized and making sure the tea gets handled properly. We don't write long reports. We just write down what happened during the day and what we need for tomorrow. Working with tea requires a lot of patience. You can't rush the plants. We’ve learned that over the years. People in the village know us as the ones who are always busy with the agro stuff. It's a lot of dirt under the fingernails and long hours in the sun. We don't mind. It's the life we chose here in Nitbazar. We just hope the weather stays good for the next crop. It is hard work, but we like it.
