We are based in the City Centre Building at 19, Synagogue Street. You have to come up to the 4th floor and find Room No. 425. That’s where JSR REALESTATE PROJECTS LLP operates. It’s a pretty functional space. We’ve got desks, some maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of folders. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re mostly focused on the projects themselves. Kolkata is a big place, and keeping track of real estate here is a full-time job. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and checking on sites. It’s not always easy work. There are days when nothing goes according to plan, like when a contractor is late or the permits take longer than expected. We just deal with it and move on to the next thing. We don't have a team of people to handle our public relations. We just talk to folks like normal people. If someone wants to know about a project, we give them the facts. Synagogue Street is a busy area, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We’re usually there during the week, making sure the plans are moving forward. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work we’ve set out to do and try to get things done.
