Jotilinga City Private Limited

Jotilinga City Private Limited is located out in Hatiara Nawapara, which is part of North 24 Parganas. The area is growing fast, but it still has a bit of that edge-of-the-city feel. Our office is at 700157, and it’s a place where we spend a lot of time looking at land documents and city maps. It’s often quite dusty outside because there is so much construction happening nearby. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. The desks are simple and the chairs are just for sitting while we work through the piles of paper. It’s a very practical space. In the mornings, we usually sit around and plan out the day before the phones start ringing. Being in North 24 Parganas means we see a lot of different people looking to see what the city will look like in a few years. We don't promise anything grand, we just show what is being done. The office can get a bit hot in the summer, but we just keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze there is. It’s a local business, and we know the neighbors and the local shops well. We are just here to do the work and make sure the projects we are involved with move forward at a steady pace. It’s simple, honest work without any of the extra polish you might see in the bigger downtown offices. We like the way things are moving along in this part of the city.
