Jonbro Enclave Private Limited

We are located at 55 Townshend Road, in flat number 1B. This is where we run Jonbro Enclave Private Limited. It’s a nice part of Kolkata-700025, and our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. We prefer to keep things low-key. Our work mostly revolves around property and enclave developments. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with architects and city officials. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve some travel to look at different plots of land. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have worked together for years. We don’t really have a "corporate culture"—we just have a way of working that works for us. Sometimes it’s loud because of the street noise, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We focus on the practical side of building. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep, and we don’t use complicated words to explain simple things. If a wall needs building or a permit needs filing, we just get on with it. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our lives simple too. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors know us well. It’s a decent place to work.
