Jonbro Developers Private Limited is based out of 115 Cotton Street in Kolkata. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how crowded and hectic it gets. Cotton Street is always full of people, carts, and vehicles, and our office is right in the thick of it. We are a small group of developers. We don't have a lot of space, and things can get a bit cluttered with all the files and drawings we keep around. Most of our time isn't even spent in the office; we are usually out at different sites seeing how the work is progressing. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking to different people to make sure things are moving along. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy advertisements. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a tough business to be in, especially with the competition and the chaos of the city, but we manage to keep things going year after year. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to build things that stay up and serve their purpose. Our days are long, and the environment is noisy, but it’s what we are used to. 115 Cotton Street is just where we hang our hats and try to get our paperwork finished at the end of the day.
