JIVANKESHI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Jivankeshi Construction Private Limited. You can find us over in Bhasa Plam Village, right near the B.S.N.L. tower in South 24 Parganas. Most days, it is pretty busy here with people coming and going. Saroj Deora handles things at this address. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the trucks arrive when they are supposed to. It is not always easy working out here because of the weather and the roads, but we get things done. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the work outside, but that is just how it is in this business. We started this because we knew the area needed more solid buildings. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with the guys who do the actual digging and laying of bricks. We have been in West Bengal for a while now and we know how the local rules work. We deal with the paperwork and the permits, which can be a real headache sometimes. Every day brings a different problem to solve, whether it is a late delivery or a machine that won't start. We just take it as it comes. We are mostly focused on the practical side of building. It’s hard work, but seeing a wall go up correctly makes it worth it for us at the end of the day.
