We are located at 235, Jessore Road, which is a place that never really stays quiet. The traffic outside is constant, with trucks and buses always moving past our door. Our building is a simple one, and we use most of the space for storing things before they get sent out. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure the labels are correct. Inside, the floors are concrete, and we’ve got some big fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have a couple of desks for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor where we pack the crates. We’ve been on Jessore Road for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We start early, check the new arrivals, and get things ready for export. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, especially when we are loading, but we just deal with it. It’s a small operation, and we don't have many staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From sweeping the floor to checking the customs documents, it all happens here. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for the drivers to find us. It’s a basic, functional space where we handle our business without much fuss. We just focus on getting the crates out on time every day, keeping the rhythm going.
