Jaya Cakes And Confectionery Llp

We spend our days over here at AJC Bose Road, right in the Millennium building. It gets pretty busy around this part of Kolkata. We started Jaya Cakes and Confectionery Llp because we just wanted to make things people like to eat. It is usually quite hot in the kitchen when the ovens are going, but we are used to it by now. We do cakes and all sorts of sweet things. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can’t hear the mixers, but that is just how it is in this city. We aren’t some massive factory with robots. It’s just us putting in the hours. Most mornings start early because things need to be fresh. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets. It is just a workspace where we get the flour and sugar out. We’ve been at this address for a bit. People stop by and we try to keep things moving. We deal with suppliers and handle the dough every day. It isn’t always perfect, sometimes a batch doesn’t come out exactly how we wanted, but we fix it and keep going. We just do our work and go home. That is pretty much the whole story. We keep the counters clean and the fridge stocked. If you look for 5E in the building, you’ll find us there among the other offices and shops. It’s a decent spot to work.
