Our office is down on Topsia Road South. It is number 70. We have been here in Kolkata for a bit now doing construction jobs. It is usually pretty noisy around here with all the traffic and the honking. Inside it is just us working on the latest plans. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paper. We do various building projects around the city. Sometimes it's a small repair and other times it's a whole new structure. Dealing with the weather can be a pain during monsoon. Everything slows down then and the sites get muddy. We mostly focus on getting the work done without too much fuss. It is a family-run kind of vibe here even if the name sounds formal. We know the neighborhood well. Most of our guys have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to finish the jobs we started. There is always something to fix or a new wall to put up. If you are in the 700046 area you probably have seen our trucks driving around. We try to stay out of the way of the main traffic but it's hard in this city. Usually we are just busy with the day to day tasks of running a site and making sure the workers have what they need. There is a tea stall nearby where we go when the office gets too cramped.
