You can find Jalaram Properties Llp at Oriental House. We are in Suite 3A, which is at 6C Elgin Road. It is right in the Bhowanipore area. The building is one of those older Kolkata structures that has a lot of character and thick walls. We have been in this suite for some time now. It is a decent sized space for what we do on a daily basis. Elgin Road is a pretty well-known spot, so it is not hard for people to find where we are. We handle property stuff, mostly paperwork and talking to people about their needs. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and maybe too many files. We don’t have a fancy uniform or a big corporate vibe. We are just a bunch of people working in Bhowanipore. Sometimes the elevator in Oriental House acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It is good exercise, I guess. We like being centrally located because everything we need is close by. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on the office door. It is a busy office but we try to keep it as organized as possible. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local market. Jalaram Properties Llp isn't some giant firm. We are just local folks doing property work. If you are on Elgin Road, you are basically there.
