Jai Vishnu Bakers Private Limited

We are based right on Park Street, but we aren't on the ground level where all the fancy shops are. You have to come up to the second floor of Siddha Point to find us at number 101. It is a bit of a different world up here compared to the noise of the street down below. We have a modest setup where we handle all our baking and packing. The space is a bit tight, so we are always bumping into each other when we’re in a hurry. We have been at this address for several years and have grown used to the quirks of the building. The power goes out once in a while, which is a real pain when you have things in the oven, but we’ve learned to work around it. Most of our day is spent measuring out ingredients and making sure the temperature is right. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We are usually in aprons that have seen better days. We don't have any big goals of opening twenty more locations. We just want to keep this one running smoothly and make sure the quality stays the same. We know the security guards and the other people working in the building pretty well. It feels like a little community up here on the second floor. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who like to bake. Sometimes it’s stressful, but mostly it is okay.
