J B Devcon LLP is situated right on Lenin Sarani, which is one of the busiest streets you can find in Kolkata. Our office is at 156A, on the 1st floor in Room No. 23. If you’ve ever walked down Lenin Sarani, you know how much noise and movement there is. Up in Room 23, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the city outside. We are an LLP focused on development work, and this 700013 area is a perfect spot for us to be reachable. The office itself is quite modest. It’s just one room where we keep our computers and our project files. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. Most people who come to see J B Devcon LLP are people we’ve worked with before or local contacts. We spend a lot of our time going through documents or planning out the next steps for our various construction tasks. The 1st floor is nice because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve been in this building for a while now. Lenin Sarani has everything we need close by, from stationary shops to places to grab a quick lunch. We don’t put on any acts here. We are just a few people working together to make sure our development projects get done right. It’s a lot of coordination and regular daily tasks. We show up in the morning, open up Room 23, and get to work until it’s time to go home.
