Ivan Real Estate & Developers Private Limited is located over at 15/B Indian Mirror Street here in Kolkata. It is a busy little street and our office is right in the middle of it. We have been working from this spot for a while now, mostly handling property stuff and development work around the city. Usually, the mornings start with checking on different sites or meeting with folks who are looking for a place. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and maps. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the paperwork for the new projects is moving along at the right pace. We don't really go in for big advertisements. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the building on Indian Mirror Street. Dealing with real estate in a place like Kolkata-700013 means you see all sorts of buildings, old and new. We just try to get the jobs finished without too much delay or unnecessary talk. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually grab a quick break when things get a bit hectic in the afternoon. It's a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track.
