Our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise. We are Is Devcon Llp, and we focus on development work. Most of the time, the desks are covered in blueprints and notes. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We have a small team here, just regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We moved into Chandan Niketan because it’s a central spot. It makes meeting people easier, even if parking is a nightmare. We’ve had some long nights in this office, especially when we’re trying to wrap up a project. We drink way too much tea. We aren't trying to be some high-flying firm. We just want to stay busy and do work that we can be okay with. It’s a practical business. We deal with the day-to-day stuff, the permits, the plans, and the problems. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. 700017 is our area, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm here. It's just how we get by in the city.
