Our office for Invigorsys Consultancy Pvt Ltd is at 15 Taltala Bazar Street in Kolkata. If you’ve ever walked through Taltala, you know it’s a place that’s full of life and noise. There’s a market nearby, so there’s always something going on right outside our door. The 700 014 area is old Kolkata at its best. Our building has that classic look, with high ceilings and some wear and tear that shows its age. Inside, we’ve set up our consultancy with just the essentials. We have a few computers, some desks that don't quite match, and a small area where we can sit and talk. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we drink a lot of chai and try to figure things out. The sounds of the street—honking horns, people shouting, the general bustle—come right through the windows. We don’t mind it much; it’s just the background music to our workday. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. The team is small, and we’ve all been together for a bit, so there’s no formality. We just get on with it. Sometimes the rain in Kolkata makes the street a bit messy, but we still make it in every day. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively spot to work, and it feels right for us. It’s home, in a way.
