We are located at 56 A Padda Pukur Road in Kolkata, which is a part of the city that has a lot of history and old buildings. Our internet services office is one of those places where the ceilings are high and the walls are thick, though they have some cracks here and there that we don't bother much with. We spend our time managing internet connections and helping people in the West Bengal area get their setups working right. The office is often a bit messy with rolls of wire, spare routers, and tools scattered across the workbenches. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always find a pot of tea brewing somewhere because we need it to keep going through the humid afternoons. Kolkata moves at its own pace, and we do too, taking the time to talk to customers who walk in with their broken modems or questions about their service. We don't have a polished corporate look; the desks are old wood and the floor is simple tile that’s easy to sweep. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time, so we know the streets and the shortcuts around Padda Pukur Road quite well. It’s a lot of manual work and technical troubleshooting, but we’ve got a routine that works for us. We just stay focused on the tasks and try to make sure the signal stays strong for everyone.
