You can find us at Ps Aviator, Unit No. 404B on the 4th floor in Rajarhat, Kolkata. This part of the city is growing fast, and we are right in the thick of it. Our work is all about infrastructure development. Some days that means we are stuck in the office dealing with permits and government forms, and other days we are out at a site getting our shoes dirty. Rajarhat has a lot going on, so there is never a dull moment. We started this because we knew the area and saw what needed to be built. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. The office is functional, with enough space for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate between the site managers and the people providing the materials. Things get busy, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We don’t mind the noise or the long hours because that’s just the nature of building things. We try to be honest about how long a job will take and what it will cost. It isn’t always easy, and there are always surprises when you dig into the ground, but we just deal with them and move on to the next task.
