INNOCENT DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been working out of this office at 17/1 Lansdowne Terrace for a bit now, specifically up on the second floor. It’s a decent spot, though the walk up can be a bit tiring if you’re carrying heavy bags or equipment. Innocent Developers Private Limited is what we call ourselves, and mostly we just focus on the day-to-day work of getting things built and organized. It isn't a massive operation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us buried in blueprints or making phone calls to different sites. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. It’s just how things are in this neighborhood. We don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy logos. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. Some days are busier than others, especially when a project is just starting or finishing up. If you come by, you might hear the noise from the street, but it’s mostly quiet enough to think and get things done. We just keep our heads down and try to do a solid job on every project that comes across our desks here on the second floor.
