Being over on Beadon Street in Kolkata means we’re surrounded by a lot of history. Inkwest Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is located at number 33 2, and it’s been our home for quite a while. The building has that old Kolkata feel to it, which we actually like quite a bit. It’s not a modern glass tower, but it has thick walls and plenty of character. We spend our hours here working on management consulting stuff, mostly just keeping our heads down. The 700 006 area is always buzzing with people and sounds, from the tea stalls to the trams nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t really bother with big signs or flashy entrances. Most people who come by already know where we are. Inside, it’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and stacks of papers that we eventually get through. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide some solid consulting work from our little corner of the city. We have a small team, and we’ve all been together for a while now. It feels more like a family than a corporate office most days. Lunch usually involves someone bringing in food from home to share. That’s just the way we do things here. It works for us and keeps the stress down while we manage the daily grind.
