Ingenity Overseas Private Limited is run out of 136/A Bhupen Roy Road. We share the space with Saji Thomas George. It’s a modest setup, nothing too fancy. We handle overseas stuff, which mostly means a lot of emails and long-distance calls at odd hours because of the time differences. The office is usually a bit cluttered with documents and shipping manifests. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside. It’s just a regular building on a regular street. Most of us have been in this line of work for quite a while. We know the ins and outs of how things get moved from one country to another. It can be stressful when a shipment gets delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to make a living. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake for the late-night calls. Sometimes the rain on the roof is so loud we have to shout to be heard on the phone. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s ours. We don't spend money on marketing or looking important. We’d rather just get the work done right so the clients stay happy. That’s the way we’ve always done it here on Bhupen Roy Road. We keep our heads down and focus on the logistics of everything.
