Being in Dumdum means we see a lot of local families looking for places to stay. We try to keep things grounded and practical. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the progress of our current sites. It can be stressful when the rains come or when materials are late, but that’s just the business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work hard and hope people are happy with the results. If you live around Holding 310, you’ve probably walked past us. We are just regular people trying to do a good job in the housing sector. Our office might not look like much, but we get the work done and that is what matters to the people we build for. It is a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
