Indian Engineering Enterprises

We’ve been over here at 6-P/1-B Atal Behari Bose Lane for a while now. Most people around here know us for the metal work we do in the shop. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We usually have a few machines running and the floor gets a bit messy with scraps and grease, but that is how engineering shops go. My father started this and now we just keep it moving every day. Sometimes the lane gets crowded with delivery trucks, which makes it hard for people to find the door, but we are right there. We handle a lot of different jobs depending on what folks bring in. Some days it is small parts for local machines and other days it is something bigger that takes a week. We don't have a big office or anything. There is just a desk for the paperwork and the rest is for the tools. It is hot in the summer because of the tin roof, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of chai from the shop around the corner to keep going. If you come by, you'll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a lathe or welding something. It's just honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place, just one that stays open and gets the repairs finished on time for the neighbors. We like it here.
