Our base is over in Kolkata, specifically in the 700001 area. It’s one of those parts of the city that always feels like it’s in a hurry. We mostly handle things through our website, but this is where the actual work happens. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, organizing information and making sure the data we have is actually useful for people. We don't have a big storefront with bright lights. Instead, it’s more of a workspace where we focus on the technical side of things. Kolkata is a great place to be, even with the humidity and the crowded streets. We’ve got a small team that knows the ins and outs of how these databases work. There isn't much to see if you were to walk in, just some people working on computers and maybe a few empty chai cups sitting around. We don't go for the corporate vibe because that’s just not who we are. We prefer to just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. The internet connection is our biggest lifeline, so we’re always hoping the lines stay steady. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always some list to clean up or some new information to categorize. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening, right in the heart of the city's old business district. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs like it should.
