Our place is located in Chopra House over on Caning Street. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the neighborhood, and we’ve been operating out of number 133 for some time. Indian Agribusiness System Pvt Ltd is mostly just a team of people trying to keep things organized. The street outside stays crowded almost all day, so getting into the office can be a bit of a walk through the crowds. Inside, things are a lot quieter. We have our files and our phones and a lot of paperwork that never seems to end. Working in this part of town means you’re always near the action, which is good for staying busy. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the shipments are where they should be. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a minute, but we just keep going. It’s the kind of office where everyone knows where the good tea is sold just down the road. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone or meeting folk who drop by the office for a quick chat about their orders. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years, but Chopra House stays much the same. It’s a solid building to be in for this kind of work.
