INCOBA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located on the ground floor at 517 Purba Phool Bagan Road. The full name is INCOBA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, but most people just know us as the folks in the corner office. It’s a flat, specifically FL-1, in the LP-186/16/2/1/2 area of Kolkata. The pin code is 700086. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easier to move equipment in and out. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to be quiet. We have been working on different developments around West Bengal for a while. Our office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. It is just the way we work. We don't have a big sign outside. Usually, people find us by the address. We spend a lot of time talking to labor and checking on materials. It's a tough business, but we are used to it. The weather can be a problem sometimes, especially the heat. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day. We are just a group of people trying to build things. Nothing more to it. We don't do much marketing. Most of our work comes from people who know us. It’s a simple setup. We come in, do the work, and go home. That’s our day. We like the local vibe of this street and the people.
