Sometimes things go smooth, and other times we’re dealing with delays or weather issues, which is just part of the life. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We are just a group of people who understand the local market and want to keep building things that stay standing. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up talking through the day's problems. It’s a simple operation, run by people who actually care about the physical work involved in developing property in a city as crowded as this one. We keep the doors open and just focus on getting through the tasks we have set for the week.
