Iijt Kolkata

We are tucked away in the Golf Green area, specifically at W2Cr 1, Flat 9, Phase 5. Kolkata is a huge and busy city, but this particular corner feels a bit more secluded and quiet. The office is basically a converted flat where we spend most of our time. It's where we run everything for Iijt Kolkata. It's a bit of a maze to find us if you've never been to this part of the city before. We have a lot of books and old manuals piled up in the hallway. The main room has a few workstations set up for the staff. It feels very personal, like you’re visiting a friend’s house instead of an office. We do a lot of computer-related tasks and some training here as well. The balcony has a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. Sometimes we take our laptops out there just for a change of pace when the weather is nice. The neighbors are mostly families, so we always try to keep the noise down to a minimum. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that hanging outside. Just a small nameplate on the door. It's a very grounded way to work. We spend our days staring at monitors and drinking plenty of water. The humidity in Kolkata can be pretty tough, so we keep the AC on. It's a modest setup but it definitely suits what we do. People who come here usually appreciate the quiet atmosphere. It’s just us doing our thing.
