IDIKA CONSTRUCTION LLP

You can find us at Classic Tower on Gariahat Road. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, especially with all the shops and people around. Idika Construction LLP is run out of this office on the 7B side. It’s a decent place to work, though the elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch rush. We do construction work, mostly local projects that keep us on our toes. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some old chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how the brickwork is coming along. Dealing with construction in 700019 means navigating a lot of traffic and tight spaces. We don't have a PR person or a big fancy website. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days it feels like we are just chasing down deliveries that are stuck in traffic. It is the kind of job where your shoes are always a bit dusty. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, like any small business. We just keep showing up and doing the paperwork. It is a bit loud with the street noise outside, but you get used to it after a while. We are just a bunch of regular people working in the building trade and trying to get the job done right every day.
