ICONIC BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED isn't some massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team trying to navigate the building scene in Kolkata. We don't really bother with expensive furniture. We just need a place to sit and figure out the next steps for our projects. Working in a city like Kolkata means space is tight and everything moves fast. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or running around to different sites across the city. It’s noisy and crowded, but that’s the energy we work with. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. If you come in, we’ll just talk about what needs to be built and how we can do it. Most of the people we work with are from the same neighborhood or nearby. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it suits us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do.
