You can find us at the Prafulla Kanan Appartment, which is at 8/A Chandi Charan Ghosh Road. We are in the Borisha area of Behala. It’s a residential-feeling spot for an insurance office, which actually works out quite well for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. Being in an apartment building means we are right there where people live. It’s not a cold, glass office building. We have a small sign out front so people don't miss us. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but it can be a bit tricky to find the right entrance if you haven't been here before. Inside, it’s mostly desks and a lot of folders. We spend our time talking to people about their plans and sorting through the insurance paperwork. It’s a lot of reading and explaining things in plain English. We don’t use those fancy scripts or try to sound like we are in a movie. It’s just us, some pens, and a lot of forms to fill out. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, which helps us focus on the numbers. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It makes the place feel more like a community. We’ve been in Behala for a while now, and we like the pace of things here. It’s a practical, straightforward office where we just get the insurance work done for everyone.
