You can find us in Kolkata, right along the EM Bypass. We are situated in the Manjulika Housing Society, specifically at C 25 6. This area has grown a lot over the years, and being on the bypass means there is always a lot of traffic and movement outside. The branch itself is tucked into the housing society, so it feels a bit more private than being right on the main road. We are a small team here. Our office is just a regular ground-floor space with the usual bank counters and a few chairs for visitors. It’s nothing like the big headquarters in the city center. We spend our days dealing with the locals from the society and the nearby buildings. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough, so the air conditioning is always running. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the entrance a bit messy, but we clean it up as best as we can. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just help people with their savings accounts and handle the daily transactions. It’s a straightforward environment. We know the security guards and the neighbors quite well. It’s just a normal bank branch doing its thing in the middle of a busy residential area. We aren't trying to be fancy, just useful to the people who live around here. Sometimes we have to wait for the technician when the ATM acts up, but that is just part of the routine. It is a quiet, functional little spot. We hope people find it easy to get work done.
