Icici Bank Winfra

We are set up in Flat 5F at Tulsi Dham, which is right on Jessore Road in Kolkata. If you know the 48/1 area, you know how it gets with the traffic and the noise from the street. Being on the fifth floor helps a bit with that, as we are high enough to see over some of the smaller buildings. The place is basically a converted flat where we keep the Icici Bank Winfra files and desks. It is not like a big bank branch with a lobby; it is more like a workspace. Jessore Road is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. We have our regulars who know the building well. Finding 5F is easy once you get inside Tulsi Dham. The elevator works most of the time, which is good because five floors is a lot to walk in the Kolkata heat. We keep the fans going and just get on with the work. The space is a bit tight with all the cabinets, but we make it work. It feels more like a home office than a corporate site. We eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes we look out the window at the skyline when things get slow. It is a straightforward place to work and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It is a basic spot for a basic job.
