We operate a bit differently than most places you might find around here. Since we don't really have a fixed storefront that people walk into every day, we rely a lot on our phones to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the road or working from different spots depending on what needs to get done that day. This way of doing things keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big fancy office with a view or anything like that. Instead, our "office" is wherever we happen to be with our laptops and phones. It might sound a bit disorganized to some, but we have a system that works. We answer calls at odd hours sometimes because that’s just the nature of the work we do. It’s a small team, really just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. It’s a very direct way of working. No middle management, no long meetings, just us picking up the phone and getting things sorted. It’s a simple life, and it keeps us busy enough for now.
