Our space is located at Block I, Flat 7, within the Maniktala Govt Housing Estate right off VIP Road. It’s a bit of an older building, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy boxes. Being on VIP Road means we are well-connected, but it also means there is always a hum of traffic in the background. We’ve been running Ibm out of this flat for some time now. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular housing estate unit that we’ve repurposed for our needs. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and the kitchen area mostly serves as a place to keep the kettle for tea. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't quite gotten around to it yet because we stay pretty busy with the actual work. Most of the people living in the other flats know us by now. We try to keep the noise down and be good neighbors. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which I think makes the day go by a bit faster. We just do our thing here and keep it simple.
