We are based in 5B Excelsior at 93A Moore Avenue. It is a decent spot in Kolkata. The building has a bit of character to it. We aren't on the ground floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. Moore Avenue can be busy, but it has a nice feel to it compared to some of the more hectic parts of the city. Inside our space, things are pretty functional. We have our chairs and our monitors and a lot of tangled wires under the desks. We probably should organize those better. It is just a few of us here most days. We talk about the news and the weather while we work. The 700 040 area is quite convenient for most of us to get to. We aren't into big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a few personal photos. It’s an honest kind of place. We come in, we do the work, and we head back. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to do, but we try to keep a balance. The neighbors in the building are quiet mostly. We like the local vibe here. It doesn't feel like a big cold institution. It feels like a place where real people spend their time. That is just how it is for us here at Ibm on Moore Avenue.
