We are based at 312 BB Chatterjee Road, specifically in the Nijanir Flat, A 1 2. This is in the Kolkata 42 area. It’s a busy road outside our door, always something happening with the buses and the rickshaws going by. Our space is inside the flat, so it stays a bit quieter once you get through the main entrance. It’s not a huge office, just a place where we can sit down and handle the business for Ibm. We have files stacked up in a few places and the desks are usually covered in notes. It isn't the most organized looking place to a stranger, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a big staff, so it's usually just a couple of us here. We make our own coffee and just get through the list of things that need doing every morning. The heat can be tough in the summer, but we just keep the fans going. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We aren’t looking to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to make sure the work is correct and the day is productive. Being on BB Chatterjee Road means we are easy to find if you know the building. That’s pretty much how we spend our time. We don't use fancy words for what we do. It's just day-to-day effort.
